1. The overall design with cantilever which separated the processing area from the gearing and transmission area enables a clean and obturated production from powder to granules. With a tidy figuration, the machine is easy to be unpicked and washed. It has a compact workbench and a safe and reliable interface, which are simple to be handled and provide rich information.
2. The machine is equipped with imported mini-hydraulic systems, which make the operation precise and reliable. The density of different medication and the rigidity of granules can be controlled by adjusting the contact pressure between rollers through changing the pressure of the hydraulic system. The adjusting interface is clearly cut and reliable.
3. With the Programmable Logic Controller (
PLC) and the touch-screen monitor to control and adjust the three transducers and the hydraulic systems, the performance and reliability of the control system is highly improved and the machine, therefore, is much more widely applied.
4. The tablet pressing system has water-cooling device. With its two-step filling structure, the system realizes dry granulating process of some materials that are hard to be pressed.
5. Every working chamber in contact with medicine is airtight and independent, sealed up with double- or multi-level hermetical devices, so as to guarantee the cleanliness and avoid pollution. Every part in contact with medicine and the outside are made of stainless steel so that the inside container will not hold materials and the outside surface is easy to be cleaned.
6. The transparent working platform is convenient for direct observation. With the rationalized structure and production process of the whole system, the production capacity will be gradually enlarged as following the flow of the materials. And the materials will not be gathered to block up the system.
